To the Editor:
I witnessed a Villager and her little dog wreck her cart by accidently hitting the gas instead of her brake. The cart jumped forward and stopped abruptly against the postal station. She and her dog were ejected out the front on impact. She was seriously hurt and the dog ran off. Since that day 10 years ago, I installed seat belts that I use when not on the golf course. You also will GET and USE yours after you see someone ejected.
