Local realtor loses driver’s license as result of drunk driving arrest

A local realtor will lose his driver’s license for six months as the result of a drunk driving arrest near Brownwood this past October.

Timothy Hamilton Sennett, 59, who resides on Ola Terrace in the Village of Lake Deaton, has also been placed on 12 months probation following sentencing in December in Sumter County Court. He also was ordered to perform 50 hours of community service.

He was arrested Oct. 27 after he was spotted speeding on State Road 44 near Brownwood, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.He failed field sobriety exercises and provided breath samples registering .177 and .183 blood alcohol content.
