How long before we see white supremacist parades in the squares?

To the Editor:

The disease affecting the White House just got worse. The POS (oops) POTUS has finally shown the depth of his moral turpitude. Many among us feared from the beginning what we were getting. Those who continue to support Trump in light of his most recent “analysis” of the Charlottesville atrocity are beyond troubling. Trump’s racism and bigotry are now fully out in the open. OK, maybe you voted for him because you wanted to shake things up; you innocently wanted to see a change in Washington.  Maybe you didn’t like his opponent, so you voted for him by default. But, at this point, and knowing what you now know, continuing to support him exposes you as a person who has uncloaked himself as an ugly member of society who can quietly sit back and smirk at evil without having to wield a torch and a hood. How long before you hold white supremacist parades in the squares? You hide your true feelings and crouch behind your faith. What on earth makes you feel that you are superior to anyone else? Do you legitimize your superiority from the fact that some of the framers of the constitution were slave owners? Remember the words from the Preamble that “All men were created equal” ? This cancer needs to be excised from the White House. He is bad for America and bad for the world as a whole.
