Lottie Lou Tims

Lottie L. Tims, 89, of Leesburg, FL, passed away October 23, 2017. She was born November 13, 1927 in Walton County, FL to Robert and Annabell Reddick.

Ms. Tims worked in citrus packing houses around Lake County for 45 years, the last 30 at Lake Region Packing. She loved flowers and gardening as well as taking pictures and having her photo taken. Additionally, she enjoyed camping around Lake and Sumter Counties. Ms. Tims was a Christian by faith and attended First Baptist Church of Okahumpka.

A loving, devoted and beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she is survived by her children: Frances Hardy of Oklahoma, J.D. and Mary Cosson of Leesburg, Phyllis and Glenn Morris of Leesburg, Joyce and David Loew of Winter Garden, Jan and Thomas Felkins of Lady Lake and Jeanette Bramlitt of Fruitland Park; 14 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild; and brothers Thomas and Frank Cosson. She was preceded in death by her son Sandy Ray Cosson in 1986 and her husband Carl Tims in 2013.

A visitation will be held in the Chapel of Beyers Funeral Home, Leesburg on Thursday October 26, 2017 from 6 – 8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Friday, October 27, 2017 beginning at 2 p.m. with Pastor Aaron Hornsby officiating and Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Leesburg.
