A man was arrested at his home in the Village of Winifred after a complaint of a suspicious person at the postal station.
The complaint had been received Oct. 28, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office. When a deputy arrived at the postal station on Kingston Way, the deputy located 45-year-old Kenneth Alan Krajewski who lives on Davidson Avenue in his mother’s home. When the deputy spoke to Krajewski, he demanded that the deputy summon his supervisor. A sergeant arrived and Krajewski dropped a pack of cigarettes which was found to contain a pipe.
“Looks like you dropped your meth pipe,” the sergeant said.
Krajewski corrected him and said the pipe was for smoking “crack.” He claimed the pipe belonged to his girlfriend.
A deputy showed up at Krajewski’s residence at 3:11 p.m. Wednesday and placed him under arrest on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked at the Sumter County Detention Center and released after posting $1,000.
This was Krajewski’s third arrest this year.
Krajewski was arrested in a golf cart in September. You can read about that arrest HERE. He was also arrested on the Historic Side in May. You can read about that arrest HERE.
