A 27-year-old man was arrested Wednesday at the McDonalds in Summerfield after leaving the nearby CVS pharmacy with about $100 of unpaid merchandise.

After Ryan  left the CVS  located on SE 109th Avenue across from the Wal-Mart, a witness followed him and the Marion County Sheriff’s Office was notified.

A deputy entered the McDonalds restroom and saw Kutash-Frost attempt to dispose of a container, later found to contain a drug pipe and cocaine, according to a report from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.

Once placed under arrest, Kutash-Frost was found to be in possession of 10 pills later identified as Methadone, along with marijuana, the report indicated.

Kutash-Frost is facing charges of petit theft, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of crack cocaine, possession of marijuana and attempting to tamper with evidence.

He was booked at the Marion County Jail where bond was set at $10,000.
