A man arrested after stealing cell phones from Target at Rolling Acres Plaza is back behind bars after violating his probation.

Christopher Kutash-Frost, 31, of Summerfield, made two trips to the store in January and took four phones. He was later identified through video surveillance and arrested.

He was sentenced to two years probation, ordered to make restitution to Target in the amount of $519.95, ordered to stay away from Target while he was on probation and ordered to submit to random drug testing.

On Aug. 17, a warrant was issued for Kutash-Frost’s arrest for violation of probation. He was arrested Friday and booked without bond at the Lake County Jail.
