Man charged with damaging home, using Internet, consuming food

A 21-year-old man was arrested for breaking into a Summerfield home where he allegedly caused damage, used the Internet and consumed food.

Marion County sheriff’s deputies were called to the 9900 block of SE 161st Place following the incident.

Deputies arrested Stefen W. Egger on charges of burglary, petit theft and criminal mischief.

Egger and the victim are acquainted, the arrest report indicated.

He was booked Thursday night at the Marion County Jail.
