A 31-year-old Lady Lake man who stole his girlfriend’s iPad in March 2015, has landed back behind bars after violating his probation.

Jeremy Todd Trickey took the iPad on March 8, 2015. He had made promises to return it but never did so. So she called law enforcement.

On May 15, 2015, Trickey entered a plea of not guilty to a charge of grand theft in Sumter County Court. He was sentenced to three years probation.

However, court files show that Trickey violated his probation.

He is being held without bond at the Sumter County Detention Center.
