Too many underage Villagers

To the Editor

I realize The Villages is getting larger everyday and with that certain issues will arise (accidents, thefts, DUI, assaults, etc.) My question lies with the large number of persons under 55 living and causing most of the problems that arise. When we moved here this was a 55 community some of the residents children lived here to assist their parents, not to sponge off their parents. Taking up space and not contributing either volunteering or financially to the community and being a parasite to society, unhealthy for all. You can lose it all, but gain it back by sharing and giving and not thinking that you are entitled to everything. Everyone may not agree with me, I expect that, but be aware around yourself it’s a little different now but still beautiful and I love The Village in spite of issues.
