Mrs. Marcella Edith Tretter, age 76, of Lady Lake, FL, passed away Saturday, September 24, 2016 in Lady Lake. She was born in Buh Township, Minnesota and came to Lady Lake in 1961 from Minnesota. Mrs. Tretter was a homemaker, devoted wife, mother and loving grandmother. She loved birds, gardening, and being with her family. Her family was her life.

She was preceded in death by her husband Captain Robert E. Tretter, Sr. and grandson John A. Tretter, Jr.

Survivors include 4 daughters: Gloria (Buddy) Wynn, Lady Lake; Mary (Freddy) Downey, Fruitland Park; Shirley (Archie) Phillips; and Debbie Gillespie, Fruitland Park; 2 sons: John (Arbutis) Tretter, Lady Lake and Robert Tretter, Lady Lake; 2 sisters: Alice Johnson and Bernice Wolf, both of Minnesota; 14 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

A funeral service will be held at the Lady Lake Chapel of Beyers Funeral Home on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. with a viewing from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will be in Lady Lake Cemetery.
