Marion County Veterans Services closing for relocation April 10 to 14

Moving day’s just around the corner for Marion County Veterans Services. Rehabilitation and renovation of the “old bowling alley on Silver Springs Boulevard” is nearing completion. The project closes under budget and ahead of schedule under the direction of Marion County Facilities Management. The project’s focus now shifts to getting the staff and equipment moved to the new location and prepared to provide service to veterans and their families.
To enable a more efficient moving process, Marion County Veterans Services will close its current location from April 10 to 14. The office will reopen Monday, April 17, in its new location at Marion County’s Veterans Resource Center, 2730 E. Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala. The office contact numbers remain the same; 352-671-8422 (phone) and 352-671-8424 (fax).
The Villages VA Clinic’s Service Office will assist with issues or concerns requiring attention during the closure and can be reached at 352-674-5000.
For more information, contact the Office of Public Information at 352-438-2300.
