Marion E. Scheck Tobin

Marion E. Scheck Tobin, age 83, of The Villages, FL, passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2017. She was born in Brooklyn, NY on June 7, 1933. Marion graduated from NYU in 1963 with a Law degree. During her career she worked as an attorney and became a Federal Judge in the state of New York. She lived in Long Island for much of her life. She moved to The Villages, FL in 2002. She loved animals and was very generous to animal shelters.

She is survived by her brother Fred Scheck of New Jersey; neice Robin Ziugzda of New Jersey; nephews Chris Scheck of Ft Myers, FL and Rick Scheck of New Jersey. She was preceded in death by her husband James Tobin.

Memorial contributions may be made to any animal charity.
