Martha H. Trumbo, 87, Leesburg, Florida went to be with the Lord on August 23, 2015 in Summerfield, Florida under the loving care of family and Marion County Hospice staff at Tuscany House. Mrs. Trumbo was born on February 24, 1928 in Fairfield, Florida to her parents Spencer Dawson and Grace (Goldware) Dawson. Mrs. Trumbo was a lifelong resident of Central Florida and was of the Methodist faith. She had worked as a Maid for many years locally. She was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with her daughter. She is survived by her children: James E. Trumbo (Debbie) of Weirsdale, FL, Kwensi Trumbo-Stevens of Ocala, FL and Mary Elizabeth Jones (Stuart) of Ashville, N.C.; a sister: Ophelia Upshaw of Pittsview, Alabama; nine grandchildren; many loving great-grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ford Trumbo and two sons, James Alvin Trumbo and Elzy Trumbo. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, August 28, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Page-Theus Funeral Home, Leesburg, Florida with a visitation to be held prior to the service from 9:30 – 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
