Lady Lake Mayor Jim Richards has declared Poppy Days on May 26 and 27.

Ladies from American Legion Auxiliary Unit 347 attended the Lady Lake Commission meeting this week to witness the proclamation

Volunteers will be distributing poppies at eight different location throughout Lady Lake and The Villages on Friday, May 26 and Saturday, May 27.
