Meet me at a recreation center and let’s resolve LLC dispute

To the Editor:

Neither the plaintiff nor the defendant (and the thousands of students and LLLC teachers) wants the LLLC to shut down. On the contrary, plaintiff filed his action because he wanted to participate in this program’s excellent curriculum. Both defendant and plaintiff share common ground and value the post-retirement learning opportunities that LLLC offers to residents.
I suggest that the lead plaintiff (Louis Schwarz) (and any other plaintiff) meet me, (and other students and teachers) at any recreation center to resolve this problem. I want no attorneys or LLLC employees present. This is a meeting among neighbors, not litigants. Please bring with you a copy of the Spring Semester LLLC 2017 catalog and circle in “red markselot” any class that plaintiffs (as hearing impaired persons) wish to take. I promise you that we can and will resolve this situation before we leave the room. Please contact me by email and let’s get this started now. (srob102@aol.com)
