A 96-unit assisted living facility to be located not too far from Brownwood has been given preliminary approval by Wildwood officials.
Rosecastle at Wildwood will located at the intersection of Powell Road and Huey Street.
The facility will be three stories.
It will hook up to the city’s water system.
It is anticipated the assisted living facility will open in the fall of 2015.
