A new Texas Roadhouse restaurant on U.S. Hwy. 27/441 near Sam’s Club remains on track for an anticipated March opening.
The restaurant will employ 20 full- and part-time employees. The hours of operation will be 3 to 11 p.m. seven days a week. The restaurant will only provide dinner.
The restaurant is being developed by Benchmark Development Corp., which has developed all of the retail space in that section of Lady Lake, including new Ulta Beauty and Stein Mart across the street.
A site plan for the 7,163-square-foot, 281-seat restaurant received preliminary approval last year from the Lady Lake Commission.
