New Wal-Mart too congested

To the Editor:

I, too, waited impatiently for the new Wal-Mart Market Place to open.  I was VERY disappointed!
It was terribly congested with shoppers and with too many employees milling around doing nothing.  It seems poorly laid out with aisles going every which way!
Aisles are quite narrow and often blocked by employees. I watched (not with good humor) as two employees stocked a freezer with ice cream….one half gallon at a time while they chatted. Shoppers were pushy and rude. After 5 minutes I gave up and my husband and I went back to Publix where it seems that every employee goes out of their way to help a customer. I doubt I’ll return to this Wal-Mart.
