A 28-year-old Belleview man was arrested for driving with a suspended license after he was pulled over Sunday in The Villages.

Michael J. Beach was driving a pickup with three other people in the front seat who were not wearing seatbelts, according to an arrest report from the Lady Lake Police Department. The truck also did not have a review mirror.

The officer making the traffic stop in the Winn-Dixie parking lot on Bichara Boulevard discovered Beach’s license had been suspended in May for attempting to flee law enforcement.

Beach was arrested on a charge of driving while license suspended and booked at the Lake County Jail. Bond was set at $1,000.
