NTSB Report: Plane in which Villager died had no major flaws

A plane that crashed April 6 in Summerfield claiming the life of  a Villager, did not have any serious mechanical flaws, according to a report from the National Transportation Safety Board.

Joseph Sardinas,  70, was filming a Zombie movie when he was riding in the plane that crashed. The pilot, 65-year-old Dennis Monroe of Belleview, also died in the accident.

The report indicated the plane had circled three times before crashing to the ground.

A full report from the NTSB is expected to take several more months.
