A 61-year-old Ocala woman has died as the result of a rear-end collision Saturday afternoon on U.S. Hwy. 441 in Marion County.
Dorothy Choate had been a passenger in a 2001 Mitsubishi Montero driven by 36-year-old Daniel Len Kissner that was slowing down to make a right turn into a private driveway when the vehicle was struck in the rear by a 2007 GMC Yukon driven by Lequanda Lamar-Pool, 38, of Ocala, according to an accident report from the Florida Highway Patrol. She suffered minor injuries in the crash.
Kissner’s vehicle overturned twice due to the impact of the crash.
