Opening slated for new neighborhood recreation center and family pool in the Phillips Villas

The opening of the new neighborhood recreation center and family pool in the Phillips Villas will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27.

The recreation center is part of the new courtyard villa community being constructed in Community Development District 4 in the Marion County section of The Villages.

The first 25 residents to take the plunge in the new swimming that day will receive a gift card.

The location is 16735 SE 91st Phillips Court.
