Pair arrested by Wildwood police after K-9 alerts on vehicle in stop on County Road 466

A man and woman were arrested on drug charges after a K-9 alerted on their vehicle early Tuesday morning after a traffic stop on County Road 466.

Shane Allan Keen, 22, of Lake City and Danielle Marie Craft, 33, of Port Orange, were pulled over after an officer noticed an expired temporary tag on their vehicle.

After a K-9 alerted on the vehicle indicating the presence of drugs, a search turned up a syringe, methamphetamine, morphine and a digital scale, according to arrest reports from the Wildwood Police Department. Both were arrested on felony charges of drug possession.

Both were booked at the Sumter County Detention Center.

Craft’s bond was set at $3,500. Keen’s bond was set at $3,000.
