Patricia A. Mangia, 71, The Villages, FL died Wednesday, June 12, 2013. She was born in Brooklyn, NY and moved to The Villages 5 years ago from Effort, PA. She was formerly an underwriter in the insurance industry. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, loved traveling and enjoyed playing cards and golfing. Survivors include her husband Vincent J. Mangia, The Villages; 2 daughters: Diane (John) Anderson, Denville, NJ and Theresa (Edward) Weissensee, Staten Island, NY; sister Ann Taylor, Nyack, NY and 4 grandsons: Vincent, Matthew, Thomas and Eric. A visitation will be held at The Lady Lake Chapel of Beyers Funeral Home on Saturday, June 15, 2013 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM with a prayer service at 3:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Transverse Myelitis Association, P.O. Box 2921, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86405.
