Daryle Lee Gravatt of Wildwood will have to appear on Feb. 14 in Lake County Court on a charge of battery following the altercation on Sunday at the pizzeria next to Five Guys at Lady Lake Crossing.

Gravatt walked up to a co-worker who was prepping pizza and struck him with a bag of dessert icing after he complained of co-workers not pulling their weight, according to an incident report from the Lady Lake Police Department. The other employee was said to have struck back, breaking open the bag of icing.

Gravatt left the restaurant but returned when summoned by police who issued him a notice to appear in court.
