Problematic property which was scene of drug raid goes on market in Village of Palo Alto

A problematic property which was the scene of a drug raid this summer has gone on the market in the Village of Palo Alto.

The SWAT team showed up June 21 at the home at 1902 Antonia Place and hauled away five people on a variety of drug and weapons charges. The home had become the scourge of the neighborhood and neighbors gave Community Development District 1 supervisors an earful earlier that same month.

A problematic property at 1902 Antonia Place has gone on the market.

The offenders are gone, the elderly owner struggling with health problems has gone north and the house has been cleaned up.

The house has been listed at $158,000.

The owner purchased the designer home in 1997 for $115,000.

Golf course deserves a failing grade
