Pump stolen from church in Summerfield

A pump was reportedly stolen from Galilee Christian Church at 14539 SE 95th St. in Summerfield.

The theft appears to have taken place sometime between Monday and Wednesday, according to an incident report from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.

The church yard is surrounded by a four-foot high chain link fence. The slab where the pump was located was surrounded by another four-foot high fence, the incident report noted.

The electrical equipment for the well was also stolen.
