Robert Herman Davis

Robert Herman Davis, age 73 passed away Wednesday, September 24, 2016 in Leesburg, Florida. Robert was born in Waynesville, North Carolina and moved to the area in the early 1950’s. He spent most of his life working in the construction industry and most recently worked as an escort driver in the custom concrete fabrication industry. He was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Weirsdale and proudly served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was an amateur radio operator and enjoyed talking with friends from all over the world. He is survived by his wife of 41 years – Regena; daughters – Sheila Davis of Leesburg; and Kimberly Quinn of Fruitland Park; a brother – Fred Harris of North Carolina; and 3 grandchildren – Michael; Karlee, and Austin.
