Rolling Acres Plaza shopping center has been sold for $37.75 million

Vereit Mt Lady Lake FL LLC, whose managing member is Phoenix-based Cole REIT Advisors IV LLC, spent nearly $200 per square foot, to buy the shopping center on U.S. Hwy. 27/441 in Lady Lake.

Rolling Acres Plaza is anchored by Target, but is also home to Ross Dress for Less, Petco and TJ Maxx. It includes restaurants, Moe’s, Carrabba’s, Outback Steakhouse and Chick-Fil-A.

The seller was  New Providence Rolling Acres LP.
