Rosemary Fielding, 89, of The Villages, FL, passed from this life Tuesday, December 5, 2017. Born in Newcastle, United Kingdom, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Jean (Phillips) Forrest.

Rosemary was a professional ballroom dancer. She worked in the United Kingdom, Canada, United States and for several years aboard cruise ships. She enjoyed singing and was a talented writer.

Rosemary was married to her late husband Denis for 66 years. They came to Florida in 1992 and to The Villages in the late 1990s. She was a member of The Villages Writers Group specializing in short stories. She also taught ballroom dancing in her neighbor’s driveways and garages.

Rosemary was predeceased by her loving husband, Denis in 2012. She leaves her daughters, Julia R. Fielding and her husband Keith Mankin of Dallas, TX; Marguerite J. Fielding of The Villages, FL and a grandson, Cameron Fielding Mankin of Charlottesville, VA.

A Memorial Service will be held Monday, December 11, 2017 at the Hiers-Baxley Funeral & Cremation Life Event Center, 3975 Wedgewood Lane, The Villages at
10 a.m.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
