Rules for street legal golf carts

To the Editor:

As I ride in my street legal GEM on the multi-modal paths, people frequently yell that I belong out on the street. I would like to try to clear up the confusion here: street legals are allowed on all the multi-modal paths in The Villages. It is on the golf cart paths that are marked off on the side of the streets that we are technically prohibited from riding in. Multimodal paths are to be shared by all!
