Ruth K Borylo, 88, went to be with her Lord and Savior June 13, 2013. Born in Mansfield, SD, she was the daughter of the late Reverend Conrad Kellermann and Caroline (Bechtold). Ruth was known as “Tommye” and was a personnel officer for the U.S. Customs Service retiring after 30+ years of service. Ruth and her husband, Adam, came to The Villages from Miami in 2000. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Ruth loved to travel and her main joy in life was her grandchildren. In recent years, she took great interest and participation in her daughter, Karen’s, swimming career with the Villages Aquatic Swim Team (VAST). She leaves her daughter, Karen Kovacik and fiance’ Bill Early of The Villages; a brother, Edwin Kellermann and sister-in-law Pat Kellermann (both of The Villages); 4 grandchildren, Caroline, Honey, Kenny and Rebecca, and 5 great grandchildren: Celeste, Serena, Lyric, Trinity and Maren. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 17, 2013 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 17300 South US Hwy 441, Summerfield at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL where she will join her beloved Adam. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Cornerstone Hospice, 2445 Lane Park Road, Tavares, FL 32778-9983. For online sentiments visit www.hiers-baxley.com.
