SCORE Workshop – Assessing your Competitive Environment

Is it the “What and who” or the “Who and what”. Identify your competition and the competing products and services. Collect information about your competitors. Why customer service is not just answering the phone. Learn how to rate your business products and services versus your competitors. Draw an action plan.

The SCORE Workshop will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 from 5 – 7 p.m.
