Spanish Springs assisted-living facility back on Lady Lake agenda

The Lady Lake Commission on Wednesday will consider approval of a 33,100-square foot assisted living facility to be constructed in Spanish Springs.

Commissioners gave their informal approval of the Titan Assisted Living Facility and Memory Care Center at a special commission meeting this past month.

The three-story facility will include 50 units of assisted living and 36 units of memory care.

The commission will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Lady Lake Town Hall.
