A 39-year-old St. Cloud man died Saturday after his ATV collided with another ATV Saturday afternoon in Osceola County.
Terry Meek had been riding on a dirt path and as his ATV entered a curve on the path, he lost control and it sideswiped an ATV ridden by 27-year-old Michael Kufferman of Tampa.
Meek was transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center where he later died, according to an accident report from the Florida Highway Patrol.
Meek had been wearing a helmet, the report indicated.
Kufferman, who was not wearing a helmet, escaped injury.
The crash remains under investigation.
