Final rehearsals are taking place for “Starry Starry ’4′ Because You Asked ’4′ More” coming to Savannah Center.
The show will be performed at 5 and 8 p.m. Saturday at Savannah Center. Tickets are $19 for residents and $24 for non-residents. You can purchase tickets now through The Villages Box Office.
Dollars for Scholars provides assistance for needy students in the Tri-County area.
The “Starry – Starry” musical entertainment franchise has helped raise more than $40,000 for needy young people in the tri-county area.
The Villages Chapter of Dollars for Scholars was recently awarded national recognition by Scholarship America for being selected as the 2013 Southeast Affiliate of the Year.
“This is really about the young people we can help. We are making a big difference in their lives. It is the future we will never see,” said Carol Lutgen Village of Polo Ridge resident.
