State inspector shuts down unlicensed BBQ truck in Lady Lake

A state inspector earlier this month shut down an unlicensed BBQ truck in Lady Lake.

Robert Johnson had been operating his All About Wood BBQ truck on March 20 on Palm Street without the proper mobile food vendor license, according to a report from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

The inspector saw Johnson selling food to the public, the report indicated. The food included ribs, chicken and collard greens.

In addition to not having the proper license, Johnson was also operating with no potable running water, the report indicated.
