Steven Alan Neiford, 66, of Leesburg, Florida, passed away Monday, March 20, 2017 at Central Florida Health Alliance. He was born on January 14, 1951 in Lima, Ohio and he graduated from Leesburg High School.
Steven is survived by two sons Alan Neiford of Charleston, South Carolina, Ashley and Jennifer Neiford and their mother Cindy Neiford of Leesburg; two grandchildren Gavin and Ashlyn Neiford; his sister Sandra Neiford Lee of Leesburg, and brother Jim Neiford of Yalaha along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Fred and Barbara Neiford.
Stephen will be fondly remembered by his family and friends as a generous guy who would give you the shirt off his back. Although his heart was weak, he had the biggest heart of anyone we knew. He was a true man of God and his mission in life was to lead people to Christ and his church Victory Outreach. He was a simple man that passionately loved God, family, hunting, and fishing. A gentle giant loved by every life he touched.
The funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday March 25th 2017 at Beyers Funeral Home Leesburg followed by a dinner provided by Victory Outreach, family, and friends at Leesburg Boat Club in Venetian Gardens.Bobby Williams of Victory Outreach Leesburg and Chuck Padgett of Trinity Assembly of God Fruitland Park will be officiating the service.
