Summerfield woman who ran stop sign arrested for driving while license suspended

A 36-year-old Summerfield woman was arrested Thursday morning on a charge of driving while license suspended.

Reneee Marie Strehlow was at the wheel of a minivan at 8:30 a.m. when she ran a stop sign at SE 119th Ave and SE 72nd Road in Belleview, according to an arrest report from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.

A check revealed her driver’s license had been suspended indefinitely on May 17 for failure to meet a financial obligation.

She was booked at the Marion County Jail. She was being held without bond on a probation violation.
