On Wednesday, I toured Duke Energy’s Crystal River Energy Complex and met with the Duke Energy’s Crystal River team to discuss the importance of innovative and responsible energy development. Innovative technology and recent energy discoveries hold the potential for an American energy renaissance that puts Americans back to work, saves hard working families at the pump, and provides a reliable, safe source of energy in an unstable world. We must ensure that energy is responsibly produced, supports American jobs and conserves our unique natural resources for generations to come.
