Third Cody’s Original Roadhouse expected to open in The Villages by end of year

Another Cody’s Original Roadhouse is expected to open in The Villages by the end of the year.

The third Cody’s restaurant in The Villages will be built on the empty grass parcel that sits in front of the Publix at the Mulberry Grove Shopping Plaza, said Scott Kassapis, marketing director of Cody’s American Restaurants, LLC.

The restaurant chain opened its first Cody’s at Lake Sumter Landing in the former home of Up the Creek Fish Camp and Grill. Cody’s success at the Lake Sumter Landing location inspired a second Cody’s in The Villages which opened in 2014 in Brownwood. There is also a Cody’s in Ocala.

Last year, Cody’s upgraded its patio at the Lake Sumter Landing location. You can read more about that HERE
