Three-way race heating up for Seat 1 in Community Development District 7

It looks a like a three-way race is heating up for Seat 1 in Community Development District 7.

Incumbent Niles Getz has already filed paperwork seeking re-election, but it appears he will have two challengers.

Dennis E. Broedlin filed paperwork April 1 to run for Seat 1 in CDD 7. On Tuesday, Joseph O. Schlosser also filed paperwork to run for Seat 1 in CDD 7. Schlosser is a resident of the Village of Duval and moved to The Villages seven years ago from New York.
