Undie Sunday at Hope Lutheran Church helps needy schoolchildren

It’s Undie Sunday at Hope Lutheran Church in The Villages.

Donations of new underwear and socks are being collected to help needy students at The Villages Elementary School on Rolling Acres Road.

Members of the Hope Lutheran congregation have been contributing to Undie Sunday for several years.

Newcomers and guests are welcome to join in Undie Sunday.

Sunday Services are at 8 a.m., 9:45 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

Donations were collected at the 4 and 6 p.m. services Saturday.

Hope Lutheran is located at the corner of Morse Boulevard and County Road 466.
