A Village of Briar Meadow woman discovered a false T-Mobile account had been opened in her name in Portland, Ore.

The 75-year-old woman received a $659.76 bill from “Southwest Credit Collection Agency” based in Texas for an unpaid T-Mobile, according to an incident report from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office. The woman said she has never had a T-Mobile account and has never been to Oregon.
