A 49-year-old Village of Duval woman is facing her fourth drunk driving charge following her arrest in a golf cart on a DUI charge.

Debra Marie Bellodi is free on $10,000 bond following her arrest Tuesday night by Lady Lake police.

Bellodi, who works at McCalls Tavern in Spanish Springs, was spotted at 7:45 p.m. Tuesday driving a blue Yahama golf cart, screaming and using profanities in the parking lot of Lady Lake Specialty Care on Griffin Avenue, according to an arrest report from the Lady Lake Police Department. She was also threatening to kill herself, the arrest report indicated.

Police caught up with her in the parking lot of nearby North Lake Presbyterian Church.

When police asked her if she’d had anything to drink, she said she’d had “a couple.”

She failed field sobriety exercises and refused to submit to a breath test.

Police found that she was already on probation as the result of a drunk driving arrest in 2014. You can read more about that arrest and her sentencing HERE
