A 44-year-old Village of Rio Grande woman is free on $3,000 bond following her arrest on methamphetamine charges.

Michelle J. Reigle was pulled over Friday night on a traffic violation on Dustin Drive on the Historic Side of The Villages.

In her vehicle, a Lady Lake police officer found a bag containing methamphetamine.

Reigle told the officer several people use her vehicle and the methamphetamine did not belong to her, the arrest report indicated.

She was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was also given a written warning for failure to use her turn signal. A passenger in Reigle’s vehicle was issued a verbal warning for failure to wear a seatbelt.

Reigle had also been arrested in May on methamphetamine charges.
