Kevin Joseph Boudreau Jr., 38, who lives on Ashbrook Place, ran up a tab of $56.57 on Saturday evening at RJ Gator’s, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office. His tab included seven beers and multiple meals. His debit card was reportedly declined. He told restaurant staff to call his father in Michigan and he would pay the bill. The staff was unable to reach Boudreau’s father.

The restaurant’s general manager told a deputy that Boudreau had previously come in the restaurant and had not paid his bill, claiming he would return to do so, but never did, the arrest report indicated.

He was arrested and booked at the Sumter County Detention Center where bond was set at $250.

Boudreau was arrested last year after an incident at Spanish Springs Town Square. You can read about that arrest HERE
