A Village of Polo Ridge man arrested in December on a charge of driving under the influence after he was found sleeping in his car at a postal station, has been arrested again.

Michael James Philipbar, 54, was arrested Monday night on a charge of driving while license suspended after he was pulled over on U.S. Hwy. 301 by a Sumter County sheriff’s deputy. The deputy had run a check of Philipbar’s license plate which revealed the vehicle’s owner had a suspended driver’s license.
