Villager gets hole-in-one and will be spared hearing about his son’s hole-in-one

Dennis Morey

Dennis Morey of the Village of Fernandina got his first hole-in-one on Wednesday, Oct 11 while playing at Okeechobee Executive Golf Course.

He had been playing from the black markers on Hole #3. He used his 3 hybrid.

He has been a Villager for three years and been close a few times. He said now he doesn’t have to listen about the hole-in-one his son got and getting it rubbed in.

If you get a hole-in-one or enjoy some other local sports achievement, share the news at news@villages-news.com. Don’t forget to attach a photograph to your email.
